I CAN'T ACCESS MY SITE USING SSH OR SFTP
If you have just signed up, you will need to request SSH or SFTP to be enabled for your account. Simply send a message to support@retrix.com to make the request.
Once enabled, you will need to ensure you are connected on port 2242 instead of the default 22.
