WHY CAN'T I SEND MAIL THROUGH RETRIX SERVERS?

ISPs such as Telus, Shaw, and Videotron block access to third-party SMTP outgoing servers using the default port of 25. To work around this, configure your email client to use port 587 for sending mail.

If you are not a Telus or Videotron customer, and are having problems sending mail through our server, you need to enable “SMTP authentication”. Please see our related article: Sending Email.
