SMTP EMAIL SERVER IS NOT CONNECTED
If you’re getting above error, please make sure
1) you are using Retrix as your Outgoing mail server (SMTP) and it is set to use password authentication
2) your port is set to 587
If you’re using Shaw please use ‘shawmail’ as your SMTP.
If you’re using Telus please use ‘smtp.telus.net’
