RETRIEVING IMAP EMAIL

In your email client you will need to supply 3 pieces of information. You will need to supply your username, password and IMAP hostname. The IMAP hostname you will connect to is youraccount.retrix.net (where youraccount is your accounts username. eg: “mike”, “patrick”, etc…). After this information is entered you can retrieve your email.

You can also have all your email forwarded to another address for example if you have an email account with your ISP you can have your retrix account email forwarded to this, thus simplifying your email checking process.
