ALL OF A SUDDEN, I'M NOT RECEIVING ANY EMAILS!

“All of a sudden, I’m not receiving any emails, and I know people are sending them to me! Help!”

Please check the following:

1. Your domain name is expired

If you registered your domain name through Retrix, you can renew it online by visiting our Service Centre. If you do not know your username and/or password, use the “Forgot your password?” link.

Once a domain has expired, you are unfortunately forced to renew it using the existing registrar; however, once you have renewed it, you can transfer the domain to us using our Service Centre. The transfer extends the expiry date by an additional year, so you won’t have to worry about renewing for two whole years!

2. Mailbox full

If you’re using IMAP/Webmail… make sure to delete and purge deleted messages

If you’re using POP – make sure messages are deleted from the server at some point… usually immediately of after 1 week is enough
